Any Vida product may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange. Open or used products that are not defective cannot be returned.

Defective products under warranty may be returned for up to one year for replacement only. See Warranty Statement for details.

The RMA requires that you send the original receipt or www.vidainternationale.com order number together with the product to the address below. If upon receipt of delivery you find that the product has been damaged, no later than 5 days of your receipt of the delivery, write a short note indicating the problem and state it occurred when delivered by FedEx. Send the damaged product to the return address below and we will communicate directly with FedEx and request compensation.

VIDA accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, American Express and Eurocard.

To return or exchange a Vida product, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request at www.vidainternationale.com. If your request is approved you will be sent an RMA number via email. Once this number is received, simply follow the steps below:

For online purchases:
Repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging.

For retail purchases:
Repack the product in its original packaging together with the original receipt.

For all purchases:
Include the RMA number assigned to your return and deliver the product to the following return shipping address:
