If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable within one year from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the manufacturer. Replacement products are warranted for 30 days. No warranty whatsoever applies to any product purchased or used outside the United States or in Texas, Mississippi, Kansas, Alabama, or to any product purchased other than by the original consumer in its original packaging. Consumer is responsible for shipping cost. This product is sold as a novelty only.
